Mail Your Payment
Please mail your payment in the envelope enclosed with your bill. If you are mailing in your payment, please allow plenty of time for delivery before the due date. Please remember that privacy rules prevent Cooperative employees from disclosing account information to anyone other than the account holder unless a member consent form is on file in the office.
Pay in Person
Pay in person at our Bouckville office located at 6630 State Route 20. The Cooperative accepts personal checks, credit or debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, or Discover), money orders or cash for payment. When paying in cash, we ask that you have the exact amount you'd like to pay on your bill since we rarely have change. Our office is open weekdays from 7:30am-4:00pm. Please remember that privacy rules prevent Cooperative employees from disclosing account information to anyone other than the account holder unless a member consent form is on file in the office.
A payment drop box is available at our office for the convenience of members who like to drop off their payment while in the area. The drop box is available 24 hours a day. Payments dropped off during regular business hours will be processed that day. Payments dropped off at night, on weekends, or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Bill pay is offered through most banks. You specify when the bank sends the payment to the Cooperative and from which account. Please allow 7-10 business days for the Cooperative to receive your payment to avoid unwanted late fees. For more information, please speak with your banking institution.
