Oneida-Madison Electric Cooperative encourages members facing hardships to apply for HEAP, plus assistance from local organizations.

Oneida-Madison Electric Cooperative knows that sometimes our members fall on hard times. In addition to applying for the Home Energy Assistance Program (HEAP), members may find help from any of the below listed governmental and charitable organizations in our region. These programs offer assistance with utility bills if their individual conditions are met. We encourage members to contact any of the below programs as their first step in help with payment assistance.
